The printout shows two codes: the top QR Code and the bottom Barcode.

The first - QR code - is a code that is used to deposit cryptocurrency at an address in order to benefit from a withdrawal in local currency at a bitcoin ATM. 1. Find the nearest Bitcoin ATM on the Bitcoin ATMs page on the map.
2. Place cash in the device.
3. Scan the QR code of your any crypto wallet or enter the address.
4. Confirm the transaction on the screen after checking that everything checks out.
5. Receive a printout with the transaction confirmation and check the updated amount of cryptocurrencies in your cryptocurrency wallet. Done!

Please provide information over the phone regarding the incident, including a description of the circumstances, location, date and transaction ID. We will help immediately and refund more than due. There are several ways:

1. Adding to your next withdrawal: If you send bitcoin to the same address or have several transaction codes with unpaid funds, the amount will be added to your next withdrawal. We will add up the amounts and add them to one code, allowing you to withdraw cash at Bitcoin ATM Bitcoin ATM.com.

2. Refund the amount: There is also a refund option, but we point out that amounts under 10 PLN are refunded only for DASH cryptocurrency. For other cryptocurrencies we support, such an amount would not even be enough to cover the transaction fee (fee).

3. QR for a specific withdrawal in PLN: You can also choose the "QR for a specific withdrawal in PLN" option. Enter the value in PLN for the withdrawal and generate a QR. The wallet will adjust the amount of bitcoin so that you receive exactly the amount you declared. This way you avoid leaving "stubs" on the transaction codes.
